Emma and Adam had a marvellous alternative wedding at Bedford barns hotel. Emma wowed Adam by choosing an amazing, colourful bespoke dress which featured things that made them both happy! An embroidered section on the back. Her dress was by The Couture Company, and featured an embroidered piece on the back, which summed the pair up! They chose Bedford Barns Hotel, and the venue was decorated with colourful diy touches. There was an amazing colourful layered cake, made by Emma’s friend, it was something Adam had been looking forward to!
I first met Emma when she was bridesmaid at her sister’s South Farm wedding, so it was lovely to see all the family again, I had such an amazing day with them. It was a real honour to photograph and see all the happiness for them both from all their family and friends.
I’d met their beloved dog Dwayne when we met for a pre wedding shoot at Hill Hoo maze, he wasn’t at the wedding, but he did appear on the top of the cake! I must admit I welled up when Emma’s Dad waited at the bottom of the stairs to see her in her amazing dress for the first time, those moments are so precious, and I feel honoured that I was there to see and record this for them. The hotel was brilliant, and the grounds outside by the river were just perfect for some portraits of them both. All that lovely colour against the early summer fresh greens of the riverbank made me all goosebumpy! I loved how Emma and Adam embraced the day, and partied and danced and spent time with all their guests and their fantastic family. It was an awesome day, thank you for having me and every happiness to you both.
