Ruined House – Lizz and Tom Pre wedding

I love a ramble around abandoned places, and the ruined house really intrigued us! Houghton House is the shell of a 17th-century mansion, apparently it was the inspiration for the ‘House Beautiful’ in John Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress. I met up with Lizz and Tom for a pre wedding shoot after meeting them at Eclectic Wedding Extravaganza last month. I always enjoy getting a real feel for a couple, and right from the get to Tom was “Can I climb up there!!?” Of course, I was a bit worried but he scampered up the ruins like an agile squirrel! We had fun exploring the ruins of this 17th Century mansion house and taking some photos. A mixture of fun, playful and tender…ahhh what a lovely couple you make!

If you are in any doubt whether a pre wedding shoot is for you, you should read my testimonial page, where so many couples tell me how much they enjoyed it, loved seeing the photos, then got all excited for the big day.

Here’s just some of the fun we had.  Lizz and Tom, you rock, it was a pleasure to meet you.Houghton-house-pre-wedding-shoot-Sharon-Cooper_0001

If you like what you’ve seen, that’s great just contact meget in touch to say hello and tell me your plans, I can’t wait to hear them.
